Ultra G Lubricant

Ultra G lubricant is a polyglycol-based coolant designed for maximum compressor performance in contact-cooled screw air compressors—even at the highest temperatures. Ultra G’s unique formulation provides extended lifespan, superior cooling performance, and improved compressor efficiency. Unlike conventional petroleum-based coolants, Ultra G lubricant has high thermal conductivity, extending the lifespan of the compressor, its components, and even the coolant itself.

• With a lubricant run time of up to 8,000 hours , it offers a longer lifespan than most poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) lubricants and eight times the lifespan of conventional lubricants.
• The non-foaming performance significantly reduces the amount of liquid transferred compared to conventional and other synthetic fluids, minimizing contamination.
• The varnish-free operation saves energy and extends the reliability and lifespan of the system.
• A 10% higher thermal conductivity extends compressor life and improves performance.
